We realise that no job goes exactly to plan but I was pleased that when things did go wrong they were quickly and cheerfully corrected. His was probably the most complex task yet he demonstrated not only a great depth of knowledge and experience but a cheerfull resilience whilst dealing with the antiquated pipe work and dried out seals on our shower valve.
